Is the HTC Vive still worth buying now?

I'm thinking of buying the bundle that HTC offers on its' website for black Friday.

But I'm hesitant at $800CAD, it's an expensive piece of equipment. How good are VR games today? do they make the Vive worth buying?

For those who use it, how often do you use it?
