Your characters can have a house. It will have its own little sub board in the residential area, and you are free to have threads there. The houses do cost, but it is a one time only fee. You must have the money in the bank when you go to apply for it.
You can have roommates, and you can split the cost. The houses are all set up the same, but if you have an idea for a house let me know, and find an image of it, and I will do the pricing accordingly.
If you want your character can live in the apartments, and those are free! Until you apply for the apartment though, you are homeless.

The rest is currently under construction!
